Shipping Policy
Delivery throughout Greece. The delivery of the products will be from 2-7 working days but there is a case of an additional delay due to the fact that in our online store we have many handmade jewelry that require time to be made. Also if reasons of force majeure ( strikes, bad weather, etc.) do not allow us to deliver and we will have to contact you to set a new delivery date.
Lemnos - Myrina , same day delivery
On the same day you can pick up your orders from our store, but it is important that you have contacted before you pass so that we have informed you that all the products of your order are in our store.
Shipments abroad and Cyprus
Shipments abroad are made both by expressway and by courier depending on the amount of the order and after consultation.
Orders abroad are delivered by post after a bank deposit or payment has been made using a credit card. In the countries of the European Union VAT is deducted when the customer needs an invoice. When you place your order, an email containing the details of the order is automatically returned. You do not need to do anything else.
Note: For shipments outside Greece, it is possible that there will be additional charges from the local Post Office of the destination country, according to the policy of the respective post office of the country. We are not responsible for any such charge which is borne by the recipient. For more details, please contact your local local post office. You have the right to return the products you bought, free of charge only in case they are defective or made a mistake by us.
Please note that returns are only accepted if:
The product has not been worn further in the test
The special tab. as well as the product labels have not been removed or damaged in any way
All product accessories such as the box, operating manuals and purchase receipt are returned, as all of the above are part of the product
Send us the products by courier: ACS Courier, Speedex or door-to-door at your own expense.
Please make sure the shipping packaging is secure so as not to cause any damage during transport. We inform you that we are not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return. In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within thirty days from the date of shipment.
